Which program or offering from Pepbox is suitable for my team?
Our team of experts will guide you and recommend a customised program with a suitable activity or activities. However, there are two different approaches we follow when it comes to either 'fun and recreational engagement’ or 'gamified experiential learning interventions'. What's the duration of Pepbox's programs?
Our program duration can vary from as short as 30 minutes to a few hours, or sometimes even a complete day or two in the case of outbound training programs or experiential learning interventions. It largely depends on variables like group size, mode of delivery, the chosen set of activities, and the program design.
How are services offered by Pepbox priced?
We do not have a “one size fits all approach since we customise our offerings as per your requirements. Hence, the commercials for our offering are determined after considering variables such as program category, facilitation type, activities chosen, number of participants to be engaged, location, program duration, and several other factors. Does Pepbox have a place of its own where we can come along with our group?
We do not have a facility of our own. However, after being in this space for more than a decade now, we do have several connections and tie-ups with several properties that can be explored.
What do Pepbox's charges include, and do we need to make any arrangements?
Our core expertise lies in designing and delivering value-added engagement, meaningful team-building, and experiential learning offerings. Depending on the services opted for, our deliverables include facilitation, conducting the set of activities along with their props and equipment, and the logistics involved. It’s best when you arrange the venue, your team’s travel, F&B, and audio/visual or other essential tech support (if any) at your end.
Does Pepbox provide end-to-end services for team outings or offsites?
The answers to this question are yes and no, both! Our core expertise lies in designing and delivering fun or learning-based experiences. However, on a case-to-case basis, we may provide end-to-end services with our experienced set of partners that involve additional support, viz., venue bookings, meals, travel arrangements for the group, any technical requirements, etc. The additional services (if any) arranged by Pepbox shall attract a fixed percent fee.
What is the group size of participants that Pepbox can work with?
Depending on the type of offering chosen, we can cater to groups ranging from 10 people to 3000 participants and beyond for certain offerings.
What kind of infrastructural or technical support do we need for these sessions?
Depending upon the program type and group size, we may require a public address system (microphone, speakers, sound mixer, etc.) to address the participants for in-person workshops. Certain tech-enabled activities require essential audio-video and a stable internet/Wi-fi provision. For virtual programs, platforms like Zoom meetings, MS Teams, Google Meets, and Cisco Webex work. Certain music-based engagements have specific audio support requirements that can be checked with the Pepbox team on a case-by-case basis.
