Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing PEPBOX VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED as your service partner. We strive to provide the best possible service to our clients.

Kindly note that we do not provide a refund against any advance payment made (if any) for any of our services if the services are cancelled OR shortened by quantity/duration, or in case of a change of service delivery date from your (the client’s) side, due to any reason whatsoever.

PEPBOX VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED may provide a full refund if any advance payment is made for the services and if the same is cancelled from PEPBOX VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED’s end for any reason whatsoever.

Any Written ‘Confirmation of our services’ over email/letter/WhatsApp or any medium may be treated as a final and agreed-upon step towards buying our services. However, we may ask for advance payment against your confirmation and only then confirm the booking of our services.

Post written confirmation, if any changes are made in the service delivery parameters such as ‘date’, ‘session duration’, ‘quantity of services’, ‘location’, ‘objectives’, etc., or if there is a cancellation in part OR in full of our services from your (the client’s end), on or before the date of service delivery, then in that case there will be a 100% Cancellation Fee equivalent to the agreed billing commercials, even if the agreed payment terms are on a credit basis.

The client shall be liable to pay a 100% cancellation fee equivalent to the agreed commercials in any of the above-mentioned scenarios.
