Unforgettable Rhythms with AlphaSense We had the incredible opportunity to lead not one but two high energy Drum Circle workshops for the vibrant team at AlphaSense on 16th and 18th June 2025. Over 100 enthusiastic participants came together with curiosity and left transformed by the power of rhythm. The real spark ignited when each participant discovered their very own djembe drum. The surprise brought the room alive with laughter, wide smiles, and instant engagement. What followed was pure magic with beats in sync, energy rising, and a celebration of unity that words alone could not capture. Very quickly the workshop shifted from an activity to an experience of connection. The team discovered the joy of drumming together, breaking down barriers, and creating harmony that resonated deeper than words. The Prep Behind the Magic Long before the first challenge, our team was in action — aligning ideas, fine-tuning every detail, and running multiple dry runs to ensure flawless execution. From perfect stage placement to precise sound cues, every element was meticulously planned to match the vision. From Warm-Up to Wow The day began with light energizers to break the ice and lift the room’s energy. Then came the twist — the grand reveal of Pepbox’s Squid Game-themed team challenges. The atmosphere shifted as the Front Man and Pink Soldiers entered in full costume, instantly sparking excitement and anticipation. The Games That Got Everyone Hooked From Ddakji to Gonggi, each game was designed to test focus, quick thinking, and collaboration — with a signature Pepbox twist that kept the fun flowing. Day 1 began with high-energy ice-breakers that nudged colleagues out of comfort zones and into creative flow. Problem-solving relays, communication drills, and trust challenges sparked laughter while quietly planting the seeds of collaboration. Then came Letz Lezim: a colourful Maharashtrian folk-dance workshop that had even the shyest travellers swaying in perfect rhythm. By sundown, high-fives and inside jokes were already currency. Day 2 turned up the heat—literally. Under a blazing sun, teams deciphered clues, cracked codes, and raced across the property in a fiercely fun treasure hunt. No one complained about the sweat; they were too busy strategizing, cheering, and celebrating small wins that soon snowballed into big breakthroughs. After lunch, master percussionist Bhavesh Pamak invited everyone into a Drum Circle finale. Ninety-five djembes spoke as one: quiet taps grew to thunderous crescendos, mirroring the journey from individuals to one cohesive beat. The spontaneous standing ovation that followed said everything. Exhausted muscles aside, the Quest 2 Travel crew boarded the bus back to Mumbai with fuller hearts, clearer purpose, and a library of fresh stories to tell clients and colleagues alike. We recently had the joy of curating a tech-powered team-building workshop for the incredible IT & Tech team at one of India’s leading banks, and what unfolded was nothing short of dynamic. Designed and led by Harshit Desai, with the amazing support of Himanshu Wadhawankar, Atif Khan, Henin Joy, and Gautamyi Chougule, this wasn’t your typical sit-back-and-listen session.
